established "The Law Offices of Charles L. Smith"
in Pasadena, California on August 9, 1990. Attorney Smith
is the CO-Founder and Senior Vice President of Hoops-R-Us,
Inc, and manages all business related legal affairs and activities
of the Hoops-R-Us Corporation.
Charles
studied Law at the Willamette University College of Law
where he earned his Law Degree in 1985. Charles has over
25 years experience as an accomplished, long-standing Attorney
at Law who now also provides comprehensive Sports &
Entertainment Law services.
Attorney
Smith has established "West Pro Management, Inc"
where he currently represents and legally advises various
sports and entertainment corporations, industry related
individuals as well as professional and amateur athletes.
Over the years, Charles has worked with and/or on behalf
of several well known recording artists, athletes, entertainers
and actors.
Like
all Hoops-R-Us Staff and Administration, Charles is also
dedicated and 100% committed to helping to improve the overall
academic achievement, student performance and US graduation
rate of America's impoverished and disadvantaged urban youth.
Hoops-R-Us has proven to be an excellent vehicle to address
the leadership aspects of these issues that are troubling
our youth.
Attorney
Smith is a Member of the Pasadena Bar Association, is also
National Corporate Attorney for Black Americans of Achievements,
Inc. (BAOA), one of 13 publicly traded Black corporations
in America, and is a licensed Minister of the Church of
God, Inc..
